What order are Monogram Initials
Traditionally monograms are first initial, last name, middle initial. So a if your name was Anna Kat Smith your initial would be ASK
Care Instrucitons - Cups
All cups with vinyl decals on them are hand wash only. Do not soak in water and do not put in the dish washer. If the design is printed on the cups, we still suggest to not put in the dishwasher as the high heat can distort the coloring on the cups. If your cup is an laser engrave cup, it can be put in the dishwasher just remember if it's a vacuum seal type cup it can mess with longevity of the seal.
Where do I leave my instructions for personalization?
In the item description paragraph I have a list of the information needed to complete your order, feel free to copy/past that information needed to the notes to seller when you check out and then put your answers next to each question. This will ensure you haven't left out any details.
I have a RUSH order, can I get it quicker than your stated shipping time?
Message me before ordering to make sure we can meet your deadlines. There may be a rush fee to process your order faster or if priority mail is in order for you to receive in time.
Can I see what my font choice will look like?
You can request a mockup/preview for us to show you what your name will look like in the font you chose. This could delay your order during peak shipping times (Christmas, etc)
Do you offer discounts on multiple items
Depending on your qty we might be able to offer a discount but it can't be combined with any Free Shipping offer we might be running.
When will my order ship
Your order will ship in the time frame given to you by ETSY. If you don't know where to locate this, then go to your purchases on your ETSY account and it will show you the time frame it should ship by.
How can I contact you to discuss my order
We are available Monday - Friday 7am CST - 5pm CST through the ETSY Convo system and return messages fairly quickly.
We answer messages at night and on weekends but we do not have set hours so please be patient in our response time.
What is the difference between a Cover Only and Cover plus Insert
A cover only is like the pillow case only (there is no stuffing inside). The Cover Plus Insert, is the pillow cover plus the stuffing on the inside. We use actual pillow form inside our covers, not stuffing (just to clarify)
How do I wash/care for my sequin pillow cover
These covers are not machine washable. If you get a stain on it, you can spray a little spot remover on a dry eraser and rub the area and then rinse lightly and air dry.
